QUALIFICATIONS

• An SCMP designation in good standing.
• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience with demonstrated career progression
and growth.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in the area of governance, stewardship, and/or strategic planning.
• Experience in organizational effectiveness and design.
• Active volunteer experience in community relations, industry organizations or
trade/professional associations.
• Public speaking skills and experience.
• Conflict resolution and change management experience.
